It seems that the comments section has been fixed.
You will have to verify that you are "Not a Robot",
after you click "Publish". Once verified your comment will then post.

It seems that there are problems with the settings in the Iphone browser "Safari" for posting comments. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
If all else fails you can try the browsers below
